Role Responsibilities: You will be fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. You'll teach, coach, and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow's leaders. You'll work with the store Assistant Managers closely, so they can learn the optics of the business and offer you support when you're not in the business. You're also responsible for motivating your team to accomplish store goals and metrics, developing great relationships with our customers, growing repeat business, processing audits, and completing compliance work that goes with retail operations.
