Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation every other Monday in-office (NYC or Harrison, NY as needed), ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all new hires. Submit and track spot bonus award nominations and approvals in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with the preparation of new hire documentation, I-9 verification, and other HR-related documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams as needed. Help coordinate HR events and activities across multiple office locations. Support special HR projects and initiatives as they arise. Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and redirect as needed. Qualifications: Must be able to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week (e.g., either in the New York City or Harrison, NY office).
