The City of Oxnard is seeking a skilled and proactive Data Engineer to support our modernization efforts and optimize data workflows across our 300 applications. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, data transformations, and legacy systems integrations to ensure seamless data flow between city systems and third-party vendors. You will work closely with integration specialists, database administrators, and business stakeholders to enhance accessibility, reporting, and usability of critical data. This role is essential in monitoring and maintaining the data health of the city and aiding decision making through analysis and visualization. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have experience in BI and working with stakeholders to create dashboards and reports.
