Human Resources Generalist

Partner with the home office recruitment team to source, attract, and retain top talent - Coordinate and participate in new hire onboarding and orientation - Track and submit all paperwork for new hires and status changes including but not limited to; transfers, promotions, schedule changes, terminations, FMLA/ LOA, Works Compensation - Manage payroll process, ensuring time cards are accurate and approved. - Support and coach managers on employee relations and performance conversations - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal employment laws; ensure compliance and reduce risk - Assist employees with understanding their benefits, support open enrollment, and respond to general questions regarding the range of benefits offered. Requirements - Bachelors degree in HR or related field and 3 years of HR generalist experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience in healthcare or long-term care setting is strongly preferred - Working knowledge of FML...Human Resource, HR Generalist, Generalist, HRIS, Administrative
