Applications are being accepted by the Department of Parks, Recreation & Culture for a part-time Recreation Class Program Assistant to provide administrative support to the City's Recreation Class program. Classes offered incorporate the latest trends in recreation and leisure programming, are responsive to community interests and needs, and serve a broad spectrum of Gaithersburg's diverse residents and visitors. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and marketing/public relations skills; enjoy working with people of diverse ages and backgrounds; and be able to interact with instructors, customers, and staff in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
