Space Systems Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an AI&T (Assembly, Integration, and Test) Lead to work in our Iuka, MS Integration Facility. Primary Responsibilities. This position will be responsible for leading assembly and integration activities to assemble high quality, hazardous rocket motor components. The candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians to perform hazardous assembly operations with a primary focus on safety of personnel. The candidate is required to perform planning, estimation, scheduling and resource management. They will also work with engineering to review processes and procedures, update processes and procedures, implement and follow company procedures, and be responsible for the safe operation of the facility. Basic Qualifications. Requires BA/ BS or equivalent experience and 5 years of work experience. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory, or team lead experience.
