As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting 3 M Hutchinson, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Working in a team environment with operators, maintenance, engineers, supply chain and business roles to identify opportunities and bring resolution to gaps in performance. Identifies, recommends, initiates, and leads continuous improvement as well as capital projects in area of responsibility to improve process safety, product quality, service and OEE through the use of a variety of toolsets, including: DMAIC, standard work development, tier reviews, product & process understanding and kaizens. Creates, maintains and trains workforce on standard work and production standards to ensure process meets customer requirements and product claims. Lead local Management of Change projects focused on communication, risk evaluation and execution of process and product changes.
