The Sr. Corp Process Engineer provides senior-level technical support to corporate and cement plant personnel. The role of a Sr. Corp Process Engineer involves overseeing and optimizing the entire cement manufacturing process across multiple plant locations within a specific region. This position requires a strong technical background in engineering, a deep understanding of cement production, and the ability to lead process improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to plant teams. What youll be contributing: Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Driving and supporting plant safety programs by identifying and reducing hazards, monitoring safety conditions, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Promotes and follows all aspects of safety guidelines and participates in meetings as required. Supports Environmental Department in preparing answers to environmental inquiries.
