This in-person, onsite position plays a critical role in maintaining the health, safety, and productivity of Amgen staff through the delivery of high-quality clinical care and program leadership at the South San Francisco location. The Senior Occupational Health Nurse / Nurse Practitioner is a key healthcare provider and strategic partner responsible for managing occupational health services, supporting compliance initiatives, and optimizing staff wellbeing across the site. Clinical & Technical Competencies. Clinical Evaluation & Treatment: Expert in assessing and managing workplace injuries and illnesses within license scope. Experience in CA workman's compensation regulations and processes. Blood Draw (Phlebotomy): Proficient in venipuncture and specimen handling for occupational health assessments, surveillance, and diagnostics.
