The Salvation Army of Pekin 360 Life Center Housing Case Manager Pekin Social Services Position Title: Housing Case Manager Job Summary: Responsible for managing The Salvation Armys of Pekin 360 Life Center Emergency Homeless Shelter Rapid Rehousing Assistance Program in Pekin and Tazwell County. This person will focus on accessing stable housing to provide positive housing solutions for persons transitioning from interim shelter to community-based living. Position includes providing resource referrals, screening participants for eligibility with various funding partners, and administering assistance according to agency and funder standards.
