Licensed Architect Needed Location: Rocky Mount, NC Or Charlotte, NC Or Charleston, SC An Architect responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the clients needs. Required: Minimum 8 years of architectural experience preferred. Healthcare experience, including work in Acute Care facilities, Ambulatory Care, and specialty care facilities preferred, but not required. A licensed Architect with a commitment to focus on Healthcare Architecture is also acceptable. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university or equivalent field of study. Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining architectural licensure. Experience with Revit required. BIM 360 knowledge a plus. Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.
