Plans, organizes, and coordinates the delivery of pastoral care to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of all patients, family members and Mount Nittany Health staff. Provides direct pastoral care to patients, families, and Mount Nittany Health staff as appropriate. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Masters of Divinity degree from an accredited theological school, preferred. A minimum of 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education, preferred. Experience: Minimum one year of professional pastoral and spiritual care experience. Minimum of two years professional experience as a hospital Chaplain is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to demonstrate the competencies and ethical standards of professional chaplaincy. License/ Certification/ Registration: Ordination, ecclesiastical, or faith leader endorsement from a nationally recognized church, denomination, or faith group.
