Of Position: Provide childcare to infants &/or toddlers 1 year old to 3 year old. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Lead Teacher for the overall daily operation of the infant/toddler classroom for childcare-based learning. Not limited to, but including; feeding, diaper changing, cleaning and overall care of infants &/or toddlers. Job Qualifications: Previous experience working in the Leet Center childcare program. Completion of a course related to child growth and development in Early Childhood Education, preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Successful enrollment with MO DHSS. Successful completion of CPR/ Infant First Aid Training. Knowledge of Constructivist Philosophy, Reggio Emilia Approach, & Conscious Discipline.
