JOB SUMMARY - The Director of Food Services is responsible for operational oversight and day-to-day activities at Fresh Gatherings Cafe location(s). This role coordinates the preparation and service of daily meals and offerings, grab n go items, bakery, and full service coffee bar as well as catering requests. This position provides daily oversight to student workers, manages facility maintenance, inventory, ordering and cost control. The Director also acts as preceptor for Dietetic Interns and undergraduate students in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
