Staff Development Coordinator - Education and Research - Full Time - Days

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays. Responsible to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate new and ongoing educational programs that support life-long learning and professional growth for colleagues, healthcare providers and external learners. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS - Education: Bachelor's degree in health or education related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Adult education, instructional design, and use of a variety of teaching techniques and strategies preferred. Special Skills and Competencies: Strong technology skills including software ie: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AV equipment. Excellent collaboration, organizational and management skills. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and written skills. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
