The Salvation Army Midland Division Corps in Springfield Missouri is looking for an individual who would like to apply their experiences to fill our Operations Director. This is a full-time position with starting pay at $63,000 - $67,000 per year based on education and experience. Location: 1707 W Chestnut Expressway Springfield, Missouri Job Objective As part of executive management team to serve as a resource to the Corps Officers, Directors, and program supervisors/managers in regard to personnel issues, policies, facilities, property, equipment, technology and other issues affecting operations. To ensure that the business practices are conducted with integrity in a moral and ethical manner according to Salvation Army policy and procedures. Responsible for direct supervision of business staff. Must be a team player and perform well with minimal supervision.
