IT Consultant / Product Engineer

Monitors, maintains and troubleshoots production systems to ensure smooth operations. Collaborates with development teams to identify and resolve issues. Implements and tests system changes and updates. Provides technical support to end-users and documents system configurations and processes. Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues; improve monitoring solutions; perform software maintenance and configuration; implement the fixes for internally developed code; update, track and resolve technical challenges. Participate in a shift-based, around-the-clock production cycle of support, ensuring communication and collaboration between the business and IT stakeholders, in support of their applications, services, and data. Review trends and suggest improvements and optimizations for those applications; adhere to release management procedures and provide testing and feedback.
