Patient Escort Unit: Medical Imaging-Transport Shift: Days-Full-Time(11 a-7:30 p Monday-Friday) Facility: Atrium Medical Center The Patient Escort provides transport services to patients of all ages to and from all referral points within the hospital. The Patient Escort appropriately transports medications and/or lab specimens as directed to and from various locations throughout the hospital. The Patient Escort is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive impression of Premier Health by proactively approaching, greeting, and acknowledging all customer in a friendly, professional manner and providing quick and responsive customer service. The Patient Escort complies with established policies, procedures, and standards regarding quality, customer satisfaction, positive work environment, and financial stewardship.
