The Unit/ Branch Director is a mission-driven leader who manages the daily operations of a designated Unit/ Club. This role is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervising and developing staff, managing the Unit/ Club's budget, strengthening community relationships, supporting membership recruitment, actively engaging and supporting the Site Advisory Council/ Board of Directors, and contributing to fundraising/grant writing efforts. This position provides leadership to the strategic planning process and oversees Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) membership requirements and DHS certification requirements. This role will lead with integrity, inspire a positive team culture, and help advance the organization's impact on youth and families.
