The Manufacturing Engineer optimizes the sites processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality within the operation. The role shall analyze workflows, implement strategies, and collaborate with teams to develop cost-effective and sustainable solutions Duties and Responsibilities Design and implement Operations processes that drive productivity and efficiency Responsible for the development and sustainment of process routing times Oversee layout changes to maximize facility safety, capacity and output Support EHSS initiatives in alignment with corporate and site strategies Troubleshoot and maintain Operations and facilities equipment, tooling and fixtures Perform cost justification and project leadership responsibilities as required for capital equipment and expense spending Support NPD projects as a team member within Milwaukees VIGOR process Complete action items based on shopfloor inputs gathered from daily Gemba walks Support 6 S and lean initiatives in alignme...Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing, Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Operations
