The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects and operational initiatives that are of strategic importance to Atrius Health. In this role, the Project Manager will hold project management responsibility for the development and execution of organizational initiatives as assigned by the Director. The Project Manager will lead a team who will partner with clinical, operational, and financial colleagues across the organization to execute on assigned initiatives. The role will also manage, and/or participate in the design, development, and execution of necessary governance/oversight mechanisms required to ensure effective delivery of assigned project deliverables. By designing and leading projects, the Project Manager will participate in shaping the future of healthcare delivery for Atrius Healths patient population. EDUCATION/ LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS - Bachelors degree required. Masters degree (or equivalent) in business or health administration strongly preferred.
