We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst with a background in Civil Engineering to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Bentleys Civil software products through rigorous testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Design and execute test cases based on product specifications and design documents. Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Develop and maintain test plans and scripts. Log, track, and manage software defects through the bug lifecycle. Validate customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards. Support internal teams (e.g., Sales) with product insights when needed. Continuously learn and stay updated on Bentleys Civil product suite. Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.
