The Recreation Supervisor for the Active Adult Center is an integral part of the Recreation Division with the City of Greeley and is directly responsible for overseeing the Active Adult Center. The Recreation Supervisor oversees multiple full-time staff including two Recreation Coordinators and one Customer Service Representative and several part-time staff. The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing risk management and emergency response practices; employee training, development, onboarding and ensuring quality customer service at the Active Adult Center. The Recreation Supervisor also oversees membership sales, daily admissions, guest services and communication efforts. Experience, Knowledge, Skills:Minimum Requirements. Bachelors degree in Recreation, Human Services, or Gerontology related degrees, gained through a four-year college/university academic program or specialized technical training of equivalent length.
