Glenville State University, member of the NCAA Division II Mountain East Conference, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Assistant Wrestling Coach. Examples of Duties Assist the head coach with everyday tasks within the program. Recruitment of qualified student-athletes at a high level. Help with team fundraising projects. Oversee P-Card for wrestling. Help make practice plans and coach practices. Coach individual practice sessions throughout season. Help with OPC and weight management for wrestlers. Oversee travel, food, logistics for team trips. Help assist head coach in recruiting transfer portal. Oversee team study hall. Mentor young men on and off the mat successfully. Manage charity events and community outreach events. Typical Qualifications Bachelors degree. Background in wrestling coaching/playing and operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
