Hampden-Sydney College is accepting applications for a Director of Enrollment Operations. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment, Director of Enrollment Operations supports the College mission by serving as the campus leader for the enrollment data, overseeing the Enrollment Operations department, and ensuring a high degree of proficiency in using data tools across the enrollment division. Director is responsible for strategic oversight of enrollment operations and provides guidance and supervision to Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations and Campus Visits Coordinator. Duties Provides administrative direction to the Executive Assistant and supervises and provides administrative direction to the Assistant Director & Campus Visit Coordinator. Monitors employee productivity, evaluates performance, and provide constructive feedback.
