We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and manage the full project lifecycle for concurrent projects across the organization.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our mission, responsible for:
Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Working with project teams to define project scope, deliverables, and schedules.
Facilitating business analysis, requirements gathering, and the development of acceptance criteria.
Developing and managing project artifacts, including plans, budgets, schedules, and risk logs.
Proactively communicating project performance and escalating any risks or changes to key stakeholders.
Serving as an active member of the Project Management Office (PMO), helping to create and develop our project methodology

RequirementsWhat you'll bring:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
At least three years of experience managing multiple projects with a proven track record of success.
Experience leading multi-function project teams.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile approaches.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable format.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
PMP, CAPM, CSM, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Knowledge of Smartsheet and Google Suite is a plus.
