Someone to nanny my kids while I work from home. Someone to drive my preschoolers to and from school 5 mornings a week for my 3 yo and 3 mornings a week for my 2 yo and watch my 2yo 2 mornings a week when she doesn't have school. Watch the preschoolers after school and put down for nap. Get big kids off bus and get snack and started on homework until mom or dad is done with work early afternoon.
