Provide hands-on support and coaching for teachers when there are significant behavioral or social-emotional concerns, using trauma-informed practices and Conscious Discipline strategies. Recommend and demonstrate strategies for supporting the childrens social-emotional needs in the classroom. Assist Inclusion Team in the Tier 2 targeted connections process and provide assistance to teaching teams. Facilitate team meetings to ensure all component areas are consulted. Coordinate with Mental Health Specialist as appropriate to provide strategies to teaching teams and families. Conduct and/or assist in staff and parent trainings as requested. File and maintain documentation on all children services and service delivery systems; maintain information of a confidential nature regarding families, disabilities and mental health issues. Education: Bachelors degree in ECE, Early Intervention or related field.
