\n. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing dispatching services and office support to the Housekeeping department in the hotel s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:\n\n. Answer all incoming telephone calls, respond to guest and team member inquiries and dispatch appropriate service in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n. Use and maintain the work order system and/or property management system to include, but not limited to, logging and recording all service requests, initiating, dispatching and closing all work orders and generating associated reports\n. Ensure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office by coordinating with appropriate Housekeeping and Property Operation team members\n. Coordinate office traffic\n.
