Job DescriptionJob Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant (3-Month Assignment) Location: Mission Valley, San Diego Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | 9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off) Duration: Approximately 3 Months Pay Rate: Competitive - Flexible based on experienceAbout the Role: We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment to support our team while our current assistant is on leave. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to staff.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with document preparation and data entry
  • Coordinate office activities and logistics as needed
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks
Top 3 Qualities We're Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills - attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Previous administrative or office support experience - ideally 2+ years
  • Bonus: Experience in a law firm or legal office is a plus, but not required
  • Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Comfortable learning new software and systems
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
