Vi at Bentley Village is located at 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110.
Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Registered Nurse, working from 7 AM to 7 PM, including every other weekend, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care to our valued residents. Your responsibilities will encompass assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation of treatments, along with quality assurance and performance improvement activities. This vital role also includes supervising talented staff while building strong relationships with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
- A working knowledge of long-term care is essential.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is needed.
- First Aid certification is required; willingness to obtain this certification is necessary.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- Experience or education focusing on elderly care is highly desirable.
- Applicants must demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Utilize a resident-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn is needed.
