ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
AVERAGE DAY AS A CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
As a Customer Technical Support Specialist with our agricultural technology company, you start your day in a dynamic call center, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve customer issues promptly. You escalate complex problems to your Supervisor or other resources and communicate essential information within the CTAC group and the company. Your responsibilities include developing and presenting technical and product training for customers and employees. You work collaboratively with your team, assisting co-workers and meticulously documenting customer issues and solutions in the Problem Resolution Database. A key aspect of your role is managing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction. Using a broad range of tools, you address performance and technical issues across various products. You also contribute to developing processes and procedures with the CTAC Manager, ensuring the successful implementation of the CTAC. Your day is marked by providing exceptional support and maintaining high technical excellence and customer satisfaction standards.
