My child is 3. 5 months old. I am a caregiver myself and strive for my child to feel safe and be paid attention to. I work a flexible schedule and may return home before my work day is over. I may need to chart while home while you're watching my child. I need to be able to leave by 8 a.m. and I may return between 2-5.
