JOB TITLE & Employer Name: Senior Engineer, Industrial for GXO Logistics Supply Chain, Inc. LOCATION: 4020 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, GA 30542 JOB DUTIES: This is a multiclient facing role. Responsible for identifying facility layout design and personnel requirements to keep the operations running smoothly. Find ways to improve the productivities of all processes and operators with a minimum 2% efficiency improvement YOY. Responsible for planning daily operations to budget using efficiency standards. Develop work instructions and update as the processes improve. Develop production time studies, head count analyses, downtime analyses, efficiency improvement plans, warehouse slotting and SKU velocity analyses. Identify bottlenecks and improve site flow while creating and maintaining optimum warehouse operations. Assist pricing and solutions teams in providing operational cost and other key info needed for RFPs. Track KPIs and develop basic analytics for all operational metrics. Work with vendors to identify operational equipment and automation solutions. Develop and manage project plans for major improvement activities. Support the maintenance department by developing lists of critical spare parts, min/max tracker. Daily P&L tracking. Uses analytical tools flow charts, Pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, A3s, etc. Identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse flow; analyze inbound, outbound, and inventory operations to create and maintain optimum warehouse operations. Perform value stream mapping, process improvements and standardizations across all sites supported. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or closely related degree and 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering experience in supply chain and a distribution environment. Experience must include two (2) years of post-bachelors experience in all of the following:

• Lean methodology
• Six Sigma practices and principles
• Supply chain warehousing experience
• Warehouse Management Systems experience
• Project Resource Management

Experience must include one (1) year of post-bachelors experience in all of the following:

• Warehouse automation
