Job Description
Title: Software Engineer
Duration: Full-time
Active Secret Clearance Required
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement of the Air Battle Management System (BCS-T).
- Resolve system problem reports using available resources.
- Assist in system administration and security.
- Develop and install temporary or permanent fixes for assigned systems.
- Install and configure virtual hosts/audio distribution for simulation and live operations.
- Perform troubleshooting of technology issues and recommend resolutions.
- Travel may be required occasionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience OR Masters degree plus 6 years of experience.
- Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency with C++ programming languages.
Preferred Skills:
- Security+ certification.
- Familiarity with Bash shell scripting.
- Familiarity with NISPOM.
