StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River, MD, to support Operations at a NAVAIR PMA office on our recently awarded prime contract. The Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Essential Job Duties
- Provide program management support to the ACAT I/II Deputy Program Manager and support the IPT.
- Develop status and decisional program presentations with subject matter experts.
- Ensure schedule and risk tools are updated for management review.
- Support acquisition activities including documentation updates, contract status reviews, and technical specification coordination.
- Assist with annual budget reviews, cost planning, funding execution, and reporting budget shortfalls.
- Engage with stakeholders such as NAVSEA, NIWC PAC, and Industry for design and integration planning.
- Develop and implement communication plans and work processes.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and document action items.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and understand NAVAIR policies and procedures.
- Manage Teams meetings, presentations, minutes, and action items efficiently.
- Manage timelines for task deadlines, briefings, and financial commitments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders internal and external to NAVAIR.
- Perform additional duties as required due to program complexity.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and handle evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams; experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
- Experience in program offices managing multiple programs or ship integration is a plus.
- Experience with AMS, CSPT, PMT, CDRL tools is a plus.
Education Requirements
- Master's Degree required.
- Substitutions allowed: Bachelor's Degree + 2 years' experience, Associates Degree + 4 years' experience, or 6 years' relevant experience.
Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
