St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School is seeking a licensed, visionary Child Care Director to lead our growing early childhood program. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about nurturing young learners while managing a high quality, mission-aligned child care environment. This is a full-time, year-round position. Position Overview The ideal candidate will: Hold a valid Michigan Child Care Center Director License or the credentials listed here. Have experience providing direct care to preschool-aged children (ages 3-5), with a strong understanding of child development. Possess a growth mindset with a willingness to expand programming-including plans to open a toddler room this fall. Demonstrate excellent managerial and leadership skills. Be highly organized, communicative, and mission-driven. Collaborate with staff, families, and administration to create a caring, safe, and enriching environment.
