The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, specializing in high-performance ISR and aviation systems. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills, experience in the US Department of Defense, US Military, or Aerospace & Defense industry, and a collaborative mindset. As a Proposal Manager I, you will oversee bid processes from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring compliance with RFP specifications, and managing proposal activities and team conflicts.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • B.A. (or equivalent) degree; higher degrees may substitute for experience
  • 4+ years of business experience, including 2+ years in proposal or program management
  • Proficiency with proposal management software and AI tools
  • Experience managing multiple proposals from planning to delivery
  • Technical proposal writing and management experience, especially in logistics and products
  • Excellent communication skills and team motivation ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with government proposal pricing, WBS, and BOE processes
  • Leadership experience, mentoring, and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-starter and problem solver with strategic vision
  • APMP Certification
  • Background in Aerospace & Defense, US DoD, or US Military
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Word for proposals

Estimated starting salary ranges from $108,496.89 to $149,183.22, depending on skills, experience, and location. We offer performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) with 150% match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
