You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles, ensuring they look their best for customers, and helping create a clean and welcoming environment throughout the dealership. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly enhance the customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehiclesInspect finished products to ensure the highest quality serviceUnderstand and deliver on specific customer requirements Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipmentDirectly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashionCoordinate and arrange work effectively with team membersMaintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organizationOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSA positive, friendly attitudeAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift and carry up to 20 lbs regularlyAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and/or sit for long periodsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen, MVR check and background checkApply today to join our winning team at Allen Turner Automotive!
