Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in Buffalo, NY.

About the Role

As a Recruiter at Odoo, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Buffalo team and supporting our mission to deliver lasting value to small and mid-sized businesses. In this position, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and directly contribute to Odoos continued success. Were looking for someone who is curious, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. You should have a solid understanding of SMB operations and a passion for connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Youll work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand the role to hire qualified talent in a timely manner
• Youll review resumes in a fast and timely fashion, then phone screen, and interview qualified candidates while building great relationships with them
• Participate in community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise Odoos brand awareness and connect with potential candidates.
• Youll complete the recruiting life cycle by extending offers, creating offer letters, and greeting your new hires on their first day

Must-Have:

• Approximately 1+ years of recruiting experience in a related industry
• Prior technical recruiting experience is helpful but not required
• Autonomous and proactive mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and desire to play an integral role in a rapidly evolving field
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills

• An open-minded approach to work, flexibility, and a natural curiosity
• Razor-sharp focus on what is needed, the ability to make sound decisions
• Okay to make learning mistakes, as long as youre learning from them and evolving
• A sense of humor where you take your work seriously but not yourself

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
