Check on a daily basis all the lights in assigned area and repair/replace when needed. What you will be doing: Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance program. Keep repair parts stocked for PM shift cart/supply.Painting and Drywall of interior/exterior of buildingPerform preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment as assigned.Ensure proper care and use of all Engineering equipment including all safety related procedures used when operating this equipment. This includes MSDS and lock out/tag-out procedures.Comply with all established procedures such as Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Out of Order Rooms, Emergencies, etc...Other duties as assigned QualificationsYour experience and skills include: Must be able to repair and replace wallpaperPrevious experience in a hotel or related field is an assetMust be able to convey information and ideas clearlyMust be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accuratelyAbility to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team Physical Aspects of the Position: Constant standing and walking throughout shift Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps Additional InformationAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Opportunity to work with a diverse group, representative of over 20 countries worldwideExperienced group of individuals to train and hone innate skills and abilitiesVisa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
