If you're a builder, or problem solver, and love the fast pace of a startup, it's time to meet the Harri family.Who you are: We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator who will support our Implementation Consultants as they guide clients through the planning, configuration, data preparation, and rollout of Harri's workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.Key Responsibilities:Support Implementation Consultants and Project Managers across a portfolio of projects during all phases of client onboarding, including project kick-off, platform configuration, testing, training and go-live readiness.Independently lead low-complexity, rapid implementation projects once you've built sufficient knowledge of the Harri platform and processes.Coordinate and execute project onboarding tasks such as creating test candidates, performing data reconciliation, and manually entering or updating client data in Harri as needed.Follow up with clients and stakeholders (e.g., Enterprise franchise teams and other enterprise accounts) to track completion of key deliverables and action items.Monitor and chase JIRA statuses, escalate issues as appropriate, and keep project teams updated on progress or blockers.Provide first-level support by triaging client inquiries, resolving straightforward issues, and escalating complex requests to Implementation Consultants or Technical Support.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Development, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth implementation experience.Own the preparation of weekly client project status reports and contribute to steering committee meetings.Support project management activities such as updating project plans, maintaining internal and client-facing documentation, and tracking key project metrics.Contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery methodology, knowledge base, and client enablement materials.Experience and Skills:University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), CRMs, and SaaS platforms.Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can translate complex processes into clear, actionable steps.Self-motivated, high-energy, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.Experience with spreadsheets, document and presentation platforms (Microsoft/Google).B2C or B2B client-facing experienceStrong attention to detail and follow up to effectively manage reconciling data or support clients and implementationPassion for building relationships and delivering outstanding client experiences in a collaborative team environment.The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 (USD).*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a complete listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
