Job Description Assembly and Molding OperatorsLocation: Rochester Hills, MIJob Type: Full-TimePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)Shifts & Pay Rates:1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM$15.00 - Assembly$16.00 - Molding2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM$15.25 - Assembly$16.25 - Molding3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM$17.00 - AssemblyJob Responsibilities:Operate assembly machinery within the secondary operations, following operator instructionsPerform visual inspections to ensure product quality, using gauges as required per control plans and quality check sheetsMaintain high-quality standards for all production parts within the assigned work cellReport any quality defects to the Team Leader or SupervisorComplete and maintain daily production paperwork (production reports, scrap reports, 5S housekeeping, etc.)Scan and print SAP product labelsFollow and support Lean Manufacturing principlesActively participate in Elimination of Waste Team meetingsContribute to the achievement of company goals and objectivesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing or assembly preferredAbility to pass a drug and background checkBasic computer skills and familiarity with workplace machinery such as SAP handheld scanners, calculators, and printersBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Vacation & HolidaysWeekly PayThis is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay, benefits, and room for advancement.
