Job Description
The Project Executive overseeing Hospitality work in Telluride will be expected to:
- Lead all phases of hospitality construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Identify and resolve any project challenges or risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery processes.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
