Advertised Job Summary

The selected professional will manage a recruitment territory and assist with planning, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive recruitment program. This person will also assist with processing and evaluating applications for freshman and transfer applicants and managing the database of all prospects. Along with recruitment and admission duties this person will serve as an Advisor to the Student Ambassadors.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelors degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Banner student data base system preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Skilled at public relations and public presentation, knowledge of data-base management programs for tracking from inquiry to enrollment, and knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies. Excellent presentation and communication skills and an ability to articulate the value of USCB enrollment and degrees. Knowledge of Microsoft office a must. Candidates must be willing to travel in and out of state. Able to drive and have a valid drivers license in good standing. Sense of humor.
