Assistant Center Director Mathnasium (Part-Time) Join Mathnasium and help students build confidence and skills in math! As Assistant Center Director, youll support daily operations, sales, and instruction at our learning center. This part-time leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and parents, is highly organized, and thrives in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Director with daily operations
- Conduct enrollment conversations with phone and walk-in inquiries
- Manage student scheduling and respond to parent communication
Help with progress tracking, monthly reports, and center organization Administer assessments and review results with families
- Assist on the instructional floor when not completing admin or sales tasks
- Contribute to a positive and fun learning atmosphere
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in education or customer service preferred Ability to multitask and learn new systems (Radius, Google Docs, etc.)
- Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
