Job Description Description SAIC is hiring a Senior Program Analyst in support of Advanced Remotely Piloted Aircraft Branch, Persistent Multi-Role RPA Division (AF/A3UQ). The candidate will provide support to HQ AF/A3U on all advanced RPA matters . This position is located in Arlington, VA. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Brief AF and Joint Staff and OSD senior leaders and decisionmakers
  • Provide support to HQ Air Combat Command on all issues related to advanced RPAs
  • Provide daily support to HQ AF and Joint Staff related to deployment, employment and management of special capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and documentation to senior USAF leadership on status and actions required in relation to organizing, training, and equipping USAF special capabilities to COCOM requests
  • Maintain access to required AIS systems to accomplish tasks and maintain communication across the Services, Joint Staff, COCOMs, Coalition, and IC entities at multiple classification levels to include Unclassified through TS, SCIs, special capabilities, Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCMs) and all standard handling caveats
  • Represent USAF wide equities involving education, training, exercises, planning and execution
  • Maintain personal training and eligibility requirements for the duties described above
Qualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors and 18 years or more experience
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
  • Top Secret clearance required; Ability to obtain TS/SCI to maintain employment
  • US citizenship required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 15 years experience with Air Force and/or DoD
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with SAPs
  • Minimum of 15 years experience with SCI
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other systems as required
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with DoD operations or test and evaluation or acquisition
  • Experience in preparing materials for senior leaders
  • Experience with the Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO)
