ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and automated calibration, adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of Test & Measurement electronic equipment and 5G equipment at our Keysight service center or customer's sites.Evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is requiredPerform calibration and adjustment procedures on Keysight and non-Keysight productsInstall software and firmware upgrades that may include a re-image of the customer's instrumentUtilize strong computer skills, including automated Calibration SystemsUnderstand, and utilize STE, TME, ETMS, and PC-based software as requiredWork and adhere to quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025 Keysight quality programAssist in maintaining the Calibration team's accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable trainingUse excellent communication and organizational skills to interface with customers and peers effectively.Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers' and Keysight Technologies' test equipment assetsEnsure compatibility between customer expectations and support provided by Keysight Technologies.Work on service assignments with clearly defined objectivesQualificationsBachelor's Degree, University Degree, Technical School or Military PMEL/TMDE or equivalent industry experienceMinimum of 5 years of related experience in Field Customer Support of Test and Measurement instruments.Must have calibration service experience of all types of Keysight Test Equipment to include RF/ Microwave skills to 50 GHzMust be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with fellow team members, customers, and management while adhering to the highest standards of business ethicsMust be knowledgeable of current quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025Requires the ability and desire to learn system/automated calibration softwareAbility to calibrate instruments both manually and using automated test proceduresExperience using automated calibration software platforms (STE, TME, PC Based, etc.) is a plus.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with customers and peers.Must be flexible and capable of working in a changing priorities environment to meet strict performance metricsUnderstand project timeline, goals, and processes and take the lead to complete those requirements.Be able to interface and take the lead between the customer and Keysight to solve complex project objectives.The candidate must have a valid driver's license.Excellent troubleshooting and technical skillsMust have the ability to lift 50 lbs and 30 lbs overhead.Able and willing to work overtime as neededMust be flexible to work weekends Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Pay Range:USD $84,060.00 - USD $140,100.00 YearThe level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by regionThis role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus ProgramUS Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:Medical, dental and visionHealth Savings AccountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsLife, Accident, Disability insuranceBusiness Travel Accident and Business Travel Health401(k) PlanFlexible Time Off, Paid HolidaysPaid Family LeaveDiscounts, PerksTuition ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
