This employee is responsible for the development and administration of policies and procedures regarding the creation, monitoring and ongoing revision of the individuals' total IPP. The SSD is knowledgeable of the ICF/IDD, 6400, Older Adult, Adult Day Training regulations. The SSD is responsible for monitoring that comprehensive and ongoing training for all QIDPs occur. The SSD is responsible for monitoring that Department of Health, Adult Day Training, Older Adult, and Social Service deficiencies and recommendations are addressed and corrected as determined by the Plan of Correction.
