Position Responsibilities
Attend the project turnover meeting (estimating to operations). Assist in generating/maintaining project schedules, both cash flow and workload. Attend job meetings. Assist in setting up/managing submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure the work, including the work of subcontractors, complies with OSHA standards and company policies. Enforce the company safety program. Ensure all work is completed according to specifications. Assist in completing all project plans. Assist in maintaining all project-related reports. Assist in preparing project closing documents. Review construction documents, complete take-offs, and assist in obtaining pricing for materials and subcontractors, including DBE subcontractors. Assist in preparing CPM schedules using estimated productions. Attend pre-bid meetings. Conduct pre-bid site investigations. Assist in preparing QA/QC plans. Test concrete in accordance with QA/QC plans. Maintain and submit QA/QC records in accordance with the plans. Perform all other assigned job duties. Education
- Associate degree required.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
